"Diary of My Revolution," by Edgardo Dielek; The Race of the Light Ones, by Paola Buontempo; and the research project “Queer and Disobedient Archives” by Agustina Wetzel, selected for Arché 2025

Argentinian cinema will have a prominent presence at the upcoming edition of Arché 2025, the space for development and creative thinking organized by Apordoc within the framework of the Doclisboa festival. The projects Diary of My Revolution by Edgardo Dielek, The Race of the Light Ones by Paola Buontempo, and the research project Queer and Disobedient Archives by Agustina Wetzel have been selected to take part in this prestigious training and mentorship initiative, supported by the Ibermedia Program.

Arché has established itself as a key meeting point for Ibero-American cinema, offering the selected projects tools for creative development, personalized mentorship, and the opportunity to reflect alongside international professionals. This year, the program will host nine projects from seven different countries, taking place from October 20 to 25 as part of Nebulae, Doclisboa’s industry section. Filmmakers and professionals invited as tutors for this edition are Andrés Duque (Venezuela/Spain), João Nicolau (Portugal), and Beli Martínez (Spain), who will guide the participants through processes of analysis and development.
